Construction Mythbuster Activity
Activity Descriptor:
An interactive careers activity which encourages participants to generate discussion in order to challenge the stereotypes and perceptions associated with the construction and built environment sector.
Participants are given two sets of cards – one set labelled “myth” the other “buster” they are tasked with matching the ‘busters’ to the ‘myths’ to create construction industry mythbusters
Activity Aims:
To generate discussion in order to challenge the stereotypes and perceptions associated with the construction and built environment sector.
Audience (Recommended Age):
- All ages
- Including Influencers e.g. teachers, careers advisers
Group Size: Participants can either work in small groups/teams of 2 -4 people but overall group size is unrestricted.
